VIRTUAL STUDIO BEGINNERS PILATES COURSE

8 WEEKS OF PILATES - FOR YOU BODY AND MIND
If you have never done Pilates before, or if you have tried it but never felt you really got the hang of it - then this course is for you.

It is Pilates from scratch, where each movement is explained step by step to ensure you're activating, strengthen and moving your body in the optimal way.
How it works?

The classes will be held every Monday from 6.30pm - 7.30pm (UK) via Zoom.

After each class you will be send a link for the recording of the class - perfect for those who are unable to attend a session.
​

Each week we will focus on different aspects of Pilates, building a large repetorie of foundation level Pilates.
​

Each movement will be explained fully so you have an in-depth understanding of why you're doing it, how to do it and the key teaching points to ensure it is safe and effective for you.
​

Every exercise will have a modification (for those wanting to master the basic movement) and a progression (for those wanting to spice things up and challenge their body). ​

The program is developed and led by Physiotherapist, Fiona Brook, who will tailor each exercise to you.
​

Before the course begins, you will receive a complimentary 15 minute call with Fiona to discuss your goals, a little medical history, any previous or current injuries you have and simply to get to know your little better so you can get the best out of the classes.
​

Throughout the course you will have full access to contact Fiona with any questions or concerns relating to the classes, and recieve weekly emails with extra exercises, updates and advice.
