What should I wear to my Physiotherapy session? Please bring appropriate clothing for your session - shorts and a sleeveless/strappy top for women and shorts and a bare chest / vest for men. If you are not comfortable to wear shorts, wear something you feel comfortable in, such as stretchy or loose fitting trousers that can be rolled up. Changing facilities are provided.

How many physiotherapy treatments will I need? This is a very popular question but it is difficult to estimate the number of sessions you will need before your initial assessment is completed. The answer greatly depends on a multitude of factors, such as: - the nature and complexity of your condition - how long you've had the issue - your past medical history - what your goals are, for example to return to normal acitivties of daily living or running a marathon - ... and many more! Following your initial assessment, we will discuss how many sessions are recommended and will re-evaluate this during each session based on the progress you are making.
-
Where do I park? There is ample free parking, including a space on the drive directly outside the clinic. There is one small step to access the clinic room but assistance is available at the time of your appointment.

Do you offer a mobile service?Yes. All services provided in clinic are also available within the comfort of your own home (physiotherapy, massage, pilates). For all enquiries, either email hello@fionabrookphysiotherapy.com or fill in the contact form on the booking page.
